Create a healthier relationship with technology

Are you spending more time on your phone than you'd like?
Is gaming, social media or constant notifications making it harder to focus, sleep or switch off?

Screen Sense offers personalised one-to-one support to help you better understand your digital habits and make practical, lasting changes to the way you use technology.

Drawing on research from cyberpsychology, health psychology, behaviour change science and health coaching, sessions explore the habits, triggers and routines that shape your technology use.

Together, we'll identify what you'd like to change and develop practical strategies that fit your goals, lifestyle and everyday routine.

Whether you're looking to reduce screen time, manage gaming or social media use, improve focus or establish healthier routines, support is tailored to you and what you want to achieve.

Screen Sense focuses on helping you understand your digital habits and make realistic changes that work in everyday life.

You'll leave each session with greater awareness of your technology use, practical strategies to try and clear steps towards the changes you want to make.
